John D. Baumgartner, Managing Director, Stout Advisory
John Baumgartner is a Managing Director in the Dispute Consulting group. He has more than 15 years of consulting, restructuring, and corporate finance experience. He has been involved with financial and operational restructurings, solvency analyses, fraudulent transfer disputes, investigations of fraud and misconduct, forensic accounting investigations, valuation of assets and enterprises, asset divestitures, and due diligence. He has advised trustees, debtors, senior lenders, mezzanine lenders, and unsecured creditors of companies in industries that include real estate, healthcare, power and utilities, retail gas marketing, retail power marketing, midstream energy companies, web hosting/e-commerce, transportation, and retail services.
Lidiya T. Deane, Vice President, Stout Advisory
Lidiya Deane is a Vice President in the Valuation Advisory group. Ms. Deane has extensive experience performing due diligence, financial analysis, and professional valuation advisory in the fields of taxation, litigation, and corporate transactions. She has substantial experience providing valuation services for fairness opinions, estate and gift taxation, board of directors advisory services, shareholder and corporate transaction disputes, and divorce litigation. In addition, she has experience in the area of financial reporting valuation, including business combinations, intangible asset valuations, impairment testing, and valuation of debt and financial instruments.
Her experience spans a diverse client base, from regional middle-market businesses to multi-billion-dollar enterprises, private equity funds and hedge funds, private clients, law firms, accounting firms, and financial institutions.
David B Hahn, Associate, Winstead
Devin Burke Hahn is member of Winstead’s Business Restructuring/Bankruptcy Practice Group, where he represents clients in every stage of debt finance, including: (i) originating new credits in bilateral and syndicated facilities; (ii) restructuring existing credits in out-of-court workouts and bankruptcy court proceedings; and (iii) enforcing creditors’ rights. Devin’s clients include regulated financial institutions, institutional investors, operating companies, and corporate management. Devin’s experience also includes representing both lenders and borrowers in connection with legal opinions related to secured financings and securitizations.
